A showcase of the chefs creativity, a mixture of modern sushi, nigiri, sashimi, tempura, steamed dumplings, salads and robata sticks.

Robata
Robata meaning 'fireside' is a grilled charcoal style of cooking, a Japanese tradition first introduced by ancient fishermen who took boxes of hot coals on boats with them to cook their days catch.

We serve Japanese inspired cocktails, sake, Japanese bottled beer and Japanese teas.

A contemporary and sophisticated design, using Asian influenced textures and fine lines complete with a botanical bamboo filled terrace over looking the port of San Antonio.
